There's no doubt about it, for many reasons beyond the glitter, Las Vegas is the place to be!

In the northwest part of the Las Vegas valley you will find Summerlin.  This community of neighborhood homes and businesses is located at the base of the Red Rock Mountains and features views of the Las Vegas valley below. 

Summerlin is known for its wonderful neighborhoods parks and cultural amenities.  You will find the Nevada Ballet Theatre and the Hills Park amphitheatre and performing arts center located within this valuable community.

In the southeast part of the Las Vegas valley, you will find Sunrise Mountain.  The neighborhoods of this area feature homes in every price range.  Potential buyers will be impressed with the views that many of the Sunrise Mountain homes offer. 

This southeast Las Vegas real estate is also found in close proximity to the Lake Mead Recreational Area, which features a plethora of activities ranging from hiking to boating.

In the north part of the Las Vegas valley you will find the city of North Las Vegas.  Many first-time Las Vegas home buyers find themselves interested in North Las Vegas real estate.  With its affordable housing and outstanding neighborhood parks North Las Vegas is growing in popularity.  North Las Vegas was recently named the second fastest growing city in the United States.  Thousands of real estate buyers can't be wrong.

Also located within the southern part of the Las Vegas region potential buyers will be happy to find the city of Henderson.  Henderson encompasses many wonderful neighborhoods as well as brand new shopping centers such as the Galleria at Sunset Mall.  Henderson is probably best known for its outstanding recreational facilities, family activities, and parks.

Perhaps the newest development of both commercial and residential Las Vegas properties can be found in the southwest part of the valley.  While the southwest does boast the outstanding established communities of Spanish Trails and Spring Valley, it also includes the newest developments of neighborhoods such as Nevada Trails, Rhodes Ranch, and Exit condominiums. 

The southwest Las Vegas real estate is set to continue its current fast-paced growth pattern.  With new residential and commercial properties popping up on every corner, the southwest Las Vegas real estate will more than likely continue to hold the highest resale values in the Las Vegas valley.
