Las Vegas Town Homes

With home prices on the rise, the Las Vegas town homes market has seen an increase in sales.  The Las Vegas real estate market hit an all time high in 2004, with homes prices doubling to tripling prices of previous years. 

This, unfortunately, made a home purchase un-obtainable for some buyers.  Some buyers saw the dream of owning their own home slowly slipping away.  Fortunately, Las Vegas town homes started becoming available and that home ownership dream became reality.

Many new home builders realized that the prices they were asking for their homes could not be a reality for every buyer.  Las Vegas town homes are now helping new buyers achieve home ownership.  Builders have opted to build a variety of different floorplans with a wide range of square-footages to make sure that there is something available for everyone.

What is most appealing to me about the new Las Vegas town homes is the range of locations you can find them in.

Summerlin, in the west part of the Las Vegas valley, has many different town home communities.  These communities offer a variety of different amenities. There are some Las Vegas town home communities in Summerlin that are age restricted. 

These communities are perfect for those buyers wanting to retire in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.  Other town home communities in Summerlin are geared towards the families with walking trails and parks throughout. 

You can also find many Las Vegas town homes in Summerlin and throughout the valley for those buyers just starting out in life. These communities often include fitness rooms and community pools.

If you look around the valley and on the strip you can now find some new high rise condominium buildings being added to the scene.  These communities have only recently been developed and added to the list of Las Vegas town homes. 

These high rise town homes are often much more upscale, catering to the high roller crowd.  They are often marketed to the out of town buyer who is looking to spend top dollar on a vacation home.  These Las Vegas town homes feature many more amenities such as day spas, restaurants, and on-site dry cleaners.

The Las Vegas town homes have increased in popularity immensely.  Many buyers want to live in the upscale high rise units.  Some buyers are interested in the retirement town home communities. 

And still other buyers want to purchase Las Vegas town homes to fulfill their home ownership dream.  Las Vegas town homes are certainly the homes to own for terrific vacation homes, wonderful retirement homes, or simply a stepping stone on the road to owning your dream home.
